The Aged and Community Care Program

This Grade 3 Team Leader position will suit an enthusiastic, dynamic and skilled clinician keen to take responsibility for leading a team to provide outstanding clinical care. Holding a small caseload will keep you connected with our client group and ensure you retain your finely honed clinical skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality client care;
  • Managing portfolios to achieve excellence;
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational effectiveness;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports.
About You

We are seeking a passionate and compassionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in an allied health discipline;
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency;
  • Demonstrated clinical and leadership experience;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Postgraduate qualifications or working towards.
