About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in a pivotal role. As the first point of contact for critical incidents, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the Service Hub, Catering and Switchboard teams to deliver efficient and dependable service.
  • Collaborate with the Office Partner in Charge to address office management issues and manage the office budget.
  • Liaise with building management on services, security, and access, and communicate updates and events within the office.
  • Partner with People & Culture for recruiting and onboarding office services staff, coordinating training and workstation setups.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for critical incidents, emergency warden training, WH&S checks, and physical security.
  • Report to the National Operations Manager on recruitment, performance, budgeting, and supplier issues.
About You

To be considered for this role, you should have prior experience in office management within a professional services environment. Ideally, you will also have a background in a high-level client service or front-of-house position, where you can share your expertise in delivering exceptional service.

  • Service-focused with excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities, with great attention to detail.
  • Proactive mindset and proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
