We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our Melbourne Service Hub, driving efficiency and reliability in workflow management to ensure smooth functionality. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Melbourne Service Hub operations to ensure smooth functionality (10 direct reports)
  • Liaise with partners and team members to maintain workflow efficiency and prioritise urgent tasks
  • Manage event planning and execution for internal and external functions
  • Handle budget management, processing, and approval of office-related invoices
  • Coordinate with building management, suppliers, and both internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide training and mentorship to direct reports to foster professional development
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to streamline operations
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to support firm-wide initiatives
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new staff, ensuring a smooth transition into the team
  • Manage the service hub and raise any operational or performance related issues that arise to Management
