Job Title: Night Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that guests' room requirements are fulfilled, maintaining the established high standard of service, and adhering to hotel policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have at least a Diploma level qualification relevant to the role and at least two years or relevant full-time skilled work experience. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Anticipate and meet the needs and desires of guests immediately, provide warm and friendly salutations, check guests in and out efficiently, process daily guest transactions accurately, and ensure all accommodation revenue is properly posted.
  • Operations: Coordinate and oversee the running of the hotel in the absence of senior management, maintain established standards of service, liaise with accounts to ensure necessary information is reviewed and recorded, and comply with all operational policies and procedures.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure the hotel is secured overnight in line with existing procedures, maintain consistent lines of communication with the night team, and respond to guest comments and complaints with tact and diplomacy.

The successful candidate will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the hotel's vision and values.
