Early Childhood Educator Career Pathway

We are committed to creating a new pathway for individuals who want to commence a career in early childhood education. Our Trainee Educator Program enables you to work in a centre of your choice, while studying to earn your Certificate III in ECE.

This program is ideally suited to people who would rather work in the industry and research the relevant qualification at the same time.

About You:

  • Must have a current Working with Children check or be able to obtain one.
  • Must have access to transport to and from the centre.
  • Must be willing to commence in a Traineeship through our Learning Academy.
  • Must be available to work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:30 am - 5 pm.
