Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist for Workplace Health Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Exercise Physiologist to join our team in North Strathfield. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing a moderately sized caseload of Workplace Health clients.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage client caseloads to achieve quality outcomes
- Conduct Workplace Assessments, Functional Capacity Evaluations, and Ergonomic Assessments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate Return to Work (RTW) outcomes
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to generate repeat referrals
Requirements:
- AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist
- 1+ year of Workplace Rehabilitation experience (candidates with strong clinical skills welcome)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
