Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist) to join our growing team in North Strathfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly motivated and collaborative team, focusing on quality outcomes and making a positive impact on our clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a moderately sized caseload of Workplace Health clients, prioritizing quality and achieving exceptional outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough workplace assessments, functional capacity evaluations, and ergonomic assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate return-to-work outcomes, building strong relationships with clients, employers, and healthcare providers.
  • Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans that cater to each client's unique needs and goals.
Requirements
  • AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or ESSA-accredited Exercise Physiologist with 1+ year of experience in workplace rehabilitation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, employers, and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • A current driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel to client sites.
