  • Design interactive PowerBI dashboards that transform complex datasets into actionable, easy-to-understand insights.
  • Elevate data visualization standards to ensure every dashboard is visually appealing, performant, and optimized for user experience.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics Engineering team to integrate PowerBI with key data sources, leveraging best practices to guarantee performance and scalability.
  • Incorporate data governance and consistency into every dashboard you build.
  • Partner with cross-functional analytics pods focused on Loyalty, Personalized Programs & Platforms, and Seamless Earn Experiences.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to boost data literacy, and mentor users to maximize the potential of visualization tools.
