We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to migrate existing dashboards, design and deliver modern interactive data visualizations that translate business data into clear actionable insights.

This role involves working with stakeholders to rebuild existing reports and optimize visualizations for performance clarity.

  • Rebuild and modernize existing reports in Tableau based on legacy reports from platforms such as IBM Cognos.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and data logic.
  • Validate outputs and ensure accuracy across migrated reports.
  • Optimize dashboards for usability performance and visual clarity.
  • Support user acceptance testing and deployment phases.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing dashboards and visual analytics using Tableau proficiency in SQL and working with structured data sources.

Experience in report migration or dashboard redevelopment projects is also highly desirable.

A strong focus on data accuracy business logic and performance tuning is essential.

Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills are required.

Work Environment

Located in Sydney New South Wales Australia this role requires the successful candidate to be based in Sydney with a valid work visa PR or Citizenship.
