Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our sales strategy, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling showroom displays that maximize sales potential and uphold brand standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • You will plan and implement floor layouts, merchandising, and visual displays aligned with company guidelines to drive sales performance.
  • Maintain high visual presentation standards and ensure planograms are accurately followed in each store location.
  • Effectively manage stock placement, movement, and clearances to support sales goals.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Store Managers to continuously enhance visual merchandising strategies.
  • Monitor product performance and provide data-driven recommendations to drive sales.
  • Maintain up-to-date store floorplans using Adobe Illustrator software.

Requirements:
  • You should have previous experience in a similar visual merchandising role, ideally within retail furniture or homewares industry.
  • Excellent spatial awareness and attention to detail are essential.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools.
  • A self-starter with a proactive and collaborative attitude is required.
