About our Live Music Team:

The Role:

We're seeking a talented Live Event Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will bring existing experience in planning and delivering live music events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Event Delivery: Work alongside senior event planners to plan, budget, and deliver tours and live events.
  • Spotting Opportunities: Identify potential tours or event brands and strengthen our relationships with artists.
  • Contributing Ideas: Bring creative concepts for event formats, lineups, premium experiences, and marketing initiatives to the table.
  • Coordinating Logistics: Work with artist teams and internal departments to meet event requirements.
  • Tracking Sales: Monitor ticket performance, identify trends, and take action to maximise results.
  • Onsite Presence: Be on the ground at shows to troubleshoot, liaise with artists, and support operations.
  • Building Relationships: Maintain strong connections with stakeholders locally, nationally, and internationally.
Requirements:
  • Proven Event Experience: Hands-on history in booking and delivering live music events.
  • Passion for the Industry: A love for live music and the drive to make each event the best it can be.
  • Event Know-How: Understanding of ticketing, marketing, and budgets for live shows.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong Communication: Confident working with a wide range of people and building trust.
  • Creative Thinking: Forward-thinking ideas to grow tours, brands, and audience experiences.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive approach to challenges, both in planning and on event day.
