Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Management Assistant to join our small vibey team in Kew, VIC. This exciting job involves assisting The Manager in booking, marketing and promoting concerts world-wide. Requires strong administration/office skills, marketing skills (traditional and social), good communication and organisational skills and the ability to work on concurrent tasks.

Qualifications

  • Full-time with flexible hours and work from home options
  • Proficient in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
  • Strong organisational and administration skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, including writing and editing proficiency
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with the live music or entertainment industry ideal and an advantage but not essential

Anyone who has worked in talent booking agencies, concert promoter companies, venues (theatres, arenas, clubs etc), ticketing agencies, festivals and band management companies should apply.
