Acute Physiotherapy Specialist

This role involves providing high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services to patients in an acute setting. As part of our dynamic team, you will contribute to delivering responsive and flexible care that improves patient outcomes and experience.
Responsibilities- Deliver person-centered physiotherapy care to a diverse caseload, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient results.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans that address individual patient needs, ensuring timely and effective care.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas for growth and implementing changes that enhance patient care and team performance.
- A recognized degree in physiotherapy, along with current AHPRA registration and a Victorian driver's license.
- Proven clinical skills and experience in an acute hospital setting, preferably with a background in ED and EDSSU environments.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced work settings.
