Flexibility in Speech Therapy

We are seeking a self-motivated Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a contractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your own caseload and calendar.

You will deliver high-quality therapy to clients in their homes, clinics or via telehealth, supporting clients of all ages through NDIS, Medicare or private referrals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering therapy sessions in a variety of settings
  • Managing client documentation and reports
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
  • Participating in professional development opportunities

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Speech Pathology
  • Registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
  • An Australian Business Number (ABN)
  • A Working With Children Check/Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening
  • A Police Check (and international if applicable)
  • A reliable vehicle and insurance
  • Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance
  • First Aid certification (optional)
  • At least 2 years' experience in speech therapy

This is an opportunity to work as an independent contractor, setting your own hours, clients and location. You will have access to admin support, templates, resources and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities.
