This role is a fantastic opportunity to work as a senior speech therapist and lead our team of professionals. As a highly skilled speech pathologist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality services to clients. Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough speech pathology assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for clients.
  • Work within a holistic framework that emphasizes client autonomy and strengths, providing consultation, mentoring, and training to families, professionals, and the community.
  • Collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team and other professionals to support shared clients, projects, and goals.
  • Participate in case discussions, professional development, and team events.
  • Provide mentoring and supervision to colleagues (senior SP role).
The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized degree in Speech Pathology (Bachelors or Masters).
  • Eligibility for SPA membership.
  • A commitment to neuroaffirming, human rights, and person-centered practice.
  • A passion for collaboration and open communication.
  • A desire for lifelong learning and professional growth.
