Are you an experienced professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join our team.

This is a great chance to work in a dynamic and growing industry, where you will be responsible for the successful organisation and supervision of all personnel on site and contract objectives in relation to operations, maintenance, employee relations, time, cost, safety, training, environment and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract administration including information systems and reporting requirements
  • Manage safety, training and environmental systems
  • Manage, control and supervise site operations and work areas
  • Implement equipment repair and maintenance schedule

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our site. You will be responsible for managing a team of personnel, overseeing daily activities, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' mine site supervisory experience
  • HR license (mandatory)
  • Advanced computer skills - particularly Microsoft office (mandatory)
  • Loader ticket (mandatory)
