About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available in our Private Banking team. As an Associate, you will assist the Relationship Executive in managing client portfolios, focusing on relationship management and end-to-end home loan administration.

This role involves working closely with our Private Banking customers, handling deal structure, serviceability, and workflow management through to settlement. You will also be responsible for managing enquiries and maintaining our existing client base.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous home lending experience
  • A passion for customer service
  • The ability to read self-employed financials and determine loan serviceability
  • A good understanding of Lending products
  • High attention to detail
