Job Title:

Merchandiser

We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Merchandiser. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in optimizing store presence for our products.

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work with a large global company that leads in Nutrition, Health and Wellness.
  • You will have the chance to learn, develop and grow to your full potential across different brands and products.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Additional requirements include a current, valid driver's license and a safe reliable motor vehicle, as well as physical ability to lift stock and utilize creative point of sale materials.

This role allows you to build strong, long-term relationships with Store Managers and represent our brand with pride, positivity and passion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate, sell & build displays to optimize store presence for our products based on a weekly work plan.
  • Represent our brand in the Grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths, Independent stores).
  • Collaborate with a Territory Sales Manager to achieve commercial outcomes.

Flexible working hours available between Wednesday to Friday with the option to work additional hours on Monday and Tuesday during busy periods such as Back to School and Winter.
