OpportunityNestlé merchandiser opportunities for motivated individuals seeking a career in sales. You will join a large global company and have opportunities to learn, develop and grow across brands and products that help people live happier, healthier lives.
A Day in the Life- Represent Nestlé in the Grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths, Independent stores).
- Negotiate, sell and build displays to optimise store presence based on a weekly work plan.
Availability between Wednesday and Friday is essential, with the ability to work additional hours on Monday and Tuesday during busy periods. Work roughly 46-50 weeks per year, excluding a shutdown mid-December to the first week in January.
Support & AutonomyWork with support from a Territory Sales Manager, with a requirement to work autonomously and build strong relationships with Store Managers.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain displays and negotiate for optimal product presence.
- Represent Nestlé with pride, positivity and passion in the field.
- Current, valid driver's license and a safe, reliable motor vehicle (essential).
- Physically able to lift stock for displays and utilise Nestlé's point of sale materials.
- Proficient with a mobile device to collate data and photograph displays.
- Live within the designated area.
- Able to work safely and plan effectively to achieve commercial outcomes.
