As a Quality Manager in the ICU and PICU, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence in patient care.
Lead quality and safety initiatives to directly improve patient outcomes in one of NSW's busiest ICUs and PICUs.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure intensive care services meet the highest standards of safety, clinical governance, and continuous improvement.
- Review clinical incidents and transform data into meaningful actions that enhance patient outcomes.
- Support and monitor improvement programs to ensure alignment with National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
- Prepare, coordinate, and facilitate ICU/PICU Clinical Quality and Patient Care meetings.
- Collaborate across disciplines to promote a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.
