  • Initial drafting of periodic reports to Committees and Business Management, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of critical information.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering open communication and collaboration to achieve compliance goals.
  • Periodically review and update Policies and Procedures, as well as client terms and agreements, to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide regulatory and compliance-related responses to internal business units, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of critical information.
  • Manage regulatory license applications, providing guidance and support to onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance registers, including Breaches, Conflicts of Interests, and Training, to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of compliance-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards, with experience in compliance framework development and implementation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
