We are seeking a Branch Operations Manager to fill this pivotal retail store leadership role. As a key executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Broaden sales and operational capabilities across the branch network.
  • Analyze and optimize sales and inventory performance, including aged inventory and stock turnover.
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement our retail strategy, including key sales campaigns and activities.
  • Determine new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers and industry partners.
  • Manage staffing requirements, including recruitment, rostering, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for branch services and products.
About You:
  • Experience leading dynamic sales teams and understanding of the equine, pet, and/or rural industries.
  • Strong business acumen, with ability to interpret and prepare profit-loss reports.
  • A passion for building strong relationships and fostering a positive team environment.
  • A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience as a people leader, with the ability to upskill and coach.
