Our organization is seeking a dedicated Cost Estimator to join our team. As a Cost Estimator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Senior Cost Manager across various projects.

\

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for quantity surveying, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • \
  • Support the Senior Cost Manager in cost estimates, quantity take-off, value engineering, tendering, and evaluation.\
  • Prepare and present cost plans, including detailed breakdowns of estimated costs.\
  • Measure building elements to inform cost planning.\
  • Engage with suppliers to obtain quotations and pricing information.\
  • Assist with progress claims, variation assessments, and valuations.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.\
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of cost management strategies.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in quantity surveying.\\/ul\

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Quantity Surveying degree or related field.\
  • 1-3 years postgraduate experience.\
  • Membership of AIQS or RICS, or currently working towards membership.\\/ul\
