About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Channels Technology team in Infosys Consulting. As a key member of the BaaS Platform delivery team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of Marketing and CRM capabilities across multiple initiatives, including Everyday Banking and Corporate Cash Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Salesforce Delivery team and technology vendors to deliver enhancements, and projects, and provide 3rd-line support, whilst adhering to project standards.
  • Manage the project roadmap with the Product owners and business operations team.
  • Engage with key business stakeholders and own the planning and execution of assigned projects, including requirements such as scope, capacity planning, delivery plan, and timelines, and high-level requirements gathering.
  • Work with product owners to carry out effective and proactive risks, issues, opportunities, and change management.
  • Work with technical and business team members to develop project definitions, and high-level solution designs, along with managing Salesforce product backlog, sprint backlog, and release management activities.
  • Manage offshore Development functions (Suppliers), delivering within the Agile Development model. Also, ensure they understand their roles, responsibilities, and deliverables within the overall plan.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and service quality improvements.
  • Provide knowledge sharing across the team to support the ongoing development of cross-team operational support functions.
Requirements
  • A clear understanding of cloud-based CRM technologies, including specific Salesforce experience, is essential.
  • Demonstrate experience with Agile projects, including the adoption of Agile methodologies.
  • A solid technical understanding of software implementation and development processes and practices.
  • Outstanding time management, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Resilience and determination, strong commercial judgment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
