Barista Role Overview

This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for food, drink and customer service who can work well in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a skilled Barista to craft high-quality beverages and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Crafting coffee, tea and other café specialties to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintaining knowledge of various milk alternatives and ensuring that each beverage meets our customers' dietary needs.
  • Supporting the workplace concierge by keeping the social hub clean and tidy at all times.
  • Assisting with the serving of meeting rooms as required.
  • Promoting a safe working environment through vigilant health and safety practices.
Requirements
  • Holding current RSA and Barista certifications.
  • Previous experience in fast-paced environments such as cafes or restaurants.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong independent and team-working skills with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
