Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to lead our team in Sydney's CBD. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a premium-grade asset and developing a strong community engagement strategy.

About the Role
  • Lead the management of the asset through the DLP phase.
  • Liaise with staff to ensure smooth operation and high standards are maintained.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS & Environmental regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Manage relationships with authorities, contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Coordinate internal maintenance teams, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.
Your Qualifications
  • You have an excellent eye for detail and can maintain a presentable building.
  • You possess a strong customer service background and excellent communication skills.
  • You are well-presented and able to work autonomously with little guidance.
  • You demonstrate a history of hiring, leading, and developing a team.
