Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate technical, inspection, scheduling, planning, survey, procurement, and quality control tasks to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and environmental aspects are addressed through regular audits and corrective actions, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Prepare Inspection Test Reports, conduct internal audits on suppliers and subcontractors, and maintain compliance with relevant policies and guidelines, upholding industry standards.
  • Lead by example in meeting safety KPIs, ensure project team members meet their safety targets, and continually assess and control high-risk activities and hazards, prioritizing employee well-being.
  • Support planning of materials, resources, and systems usage, and assist with construction planning documents, streamlining processes for efficiency.
  • Manage work crews effectively, monitor progress, and advise the Project Engineer on significant changes and remedial actions, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Coordinate resource allocation, track subcontractor resources daily, prepare cost plans, and monitor resourcing against the budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
  • Maintain project schedules by monitoring progress, coordinating activities, and preparing project status reports, keeping stakeholders informed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction or engineering environment, preferably with leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others, building strong relationships and communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and steward overall delivery work plans, driving project success.
  • Ensuring all relevant regulatory requirements are satisfied, maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
  • Competent in planning and organizing work schedules, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Working knowledge of HS&E requirements and implementation, promoting a culture of safety.
  • Clear verbal and written communication, conveying complex ideas simply and effectively.
