
Asset Reliability Specialist

The role of the Maintenance Planner is pivotal to the success of plant maintenance activities.
- ">
- Prepare plant maintenance tasks, schedules, and work instructions for all assets.
You will also identify trends and opportunities to improve asset reliability by analyzing manufacturing and engineering performance data. Plan and schedule all day-to-day maintenance activities and resources utilizing SAP. Maintain and continuously improve the SAP Plant Maintenance module.
Additionally, you will coordinate with Production, Maintenance Fitters, Electricians, and External contractors to ensure effective resource utilization during routine and shutdown maintenance. Ensure all documentation related to asset management is well organized and easily retrievable.
The successful candidate will have tertiary or trade qualifications, experience in reliability-focused maintenance within a manufacturing or process plant environment, knowledge of maintenance planning principles and procedures, and familiarity with computerized maintenance planning systems.
They will also have understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), ability to develop and implement improvement initiatives, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and proficiency in Excel.
