As a seasoned professional, you will have the opportunity to craft bespoke travel experiences for international clients visiting Australia.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for curating and quoting a range of tailor-made group itineraries while maintaining excellent product knowledge of luxury tours.
  • Your expertise will be sought after to provide advice on local attractions, activities, and destinations to enhance client experiences.
  • You will proactively manage and resolve any travel disruptions or on-the-ground issues to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
  • You will deliver top-tier customer service and support throughout the travel process, building strong relationships with clients and suppliers alike.
  • You will coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will prepare and issue invoices, receipt payments, and maintain financial documents accurately and efficiently.
  • You will develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
  • You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients, driving business growth and revenue.

We are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication and customer service skills.

Requirements:
  • You must have proven experience in inbound travel, with a focus on FIT or group travel.
  • A background in Tourplan is an asset, but not essential.
  • You should have extensive luxury product knowledge and a keen eye for detail.
  • You must be able to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
  • You should possess strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
