Job Title: Inbound Travel Consultant

Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to design and deliver bespoke travel experiences for international clients visiting Australia.

  • Curate and quote a range of tailor-made group itineraries whilst maintaining excellent product knowledge of our partners pre-arranged luxury tours.
  • Provide expert advice on local attractions, activities, and destinations to enhance client experiences.
  • Proactively manage and resolve any travel disruptions or on-the-ground issues to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Deliver top-tier customer service and support throughout the travel process.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure seamless service
  • Preparing and issuing invoices, receipt payments and maintaining financial documents
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced individual who has a proven track record in inbound travel, with a focus on FIT or group travel. A background in Tourplan is desirable, as well as extensive knowledge of luxury products.
