Accountants who are looking for a new challenge will find this role exciting as it involves supporting project accounting, contracts, and project delivery.

We're seeking an experienced bookkeeper with hands-on AP/AR skills to ensure accurate financial management of projects from setup to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture all invoicing requirements at the start of each project
  • Monitor project financials in real-time to provide visibility to project managers
  • Use tools like Business Central, Power BI and Excel to track and report on project performance
  • Manage project invoicing in line with contract terms and conditions
  • Support day-to-day AP/AR and data entry tasks to ensure timely payment processing
Requirements
  • Certificate-level qualification in finance or equivalent experience
  • Background in bookkeeping, accounts payable or receivable with a focus on fast-paced environments
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability to meet deadlines
  • Solid Excel skills and willingness to learn ERP systems such as Business Central
