**The Diploma/Certificate 3 position includes**:

- Implementing a play-based curriculum in line with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Delivering consistent, high quality care and presentation to all work practices
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with children, parents, team members, and the wider community

**Selection Criteria**:

- An approved Certificate III level qualification in Children's Services as identified by the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority;
- Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training (HLTAID004);
- Current Police Check
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) - Type: Employee
- Strong teamwork skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A sound and demonstrated understanding of:
1. National Quality Framework (NQF);
2. Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
3. Child Protection and Mandatory Reporting;
4. Victoria Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF)

**About the centre**:

- Alpha Omega Early Education is located in Templestowe.
- We are a childcare service with 26 places for children aged 0-5 years.
- We are open from 7:30am - 6:30pm Monday to Friday.
