Project Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our major multidisciplinary design projects in Adelaide. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for delivering complex project scopes on schedule and to high quality standards in a heavily regulated Defence environment.

The role will play an active part in improving our project management processes and approach, driving delivery excellence and efficiency in our business. You will work closely with our global nuclear practice to develop the growth of nuclear sovereign skills in Australia, providing mentorship to staff seeking to develop their knowledge and experience in delivery of major infrastructure projects.

  • Lead client engagement and stakeholder communication at senior levels
  • Foster collaboration across internal project teams and delivery partners
  • Proactively manage issues, drive decision making, and lead resolution pathways
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks for our Defence clients
  • Lead technical and quality assurance activities relating to the design and safety analysis of nuclear infrastructure
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience leading Defence and Nuclear project delivery in the fields of building services, civil or maritime
  • Tertiary qualifications relevant to project management or engineering disciplines
  • Experience in civil or naval nuclear programs, radiopharmaceuticals, oil and gas or Rail
  • Chartered Engineer or Project Manager (preferred)
