The Job:

You'll be responsible for managing daily site operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. This includes overseeing subcontractors, suppliers, and crews, as well as maintaining compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage site operations, including subcontractors, suppliers, and crews.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Lead a positive site culture focused on results and problem-solving.
Requirements:

We're looking for someone with previous experience as a Civil Site Supervisor or Site Manager in civil construction. You should have strong leadership skills, with a hands-on and approachable style. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are also essential.
