
Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to fill the role of National Account Manager. This individual will oversee the development and execution of strategies to drive growth in the Australian market, leveraging their expertise in sales planning and account management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the initiative to work with marketing to develop tailored activities for key retailers, maximizing resources between brick-and-mortar and online channels. They will also provide guidance to sales planning and demand planning to negotiate seasonal stock and sales plans, ensuring alignment on joint business objectives to drive mutual growth.
This is a remote position based in Melbourne or Sydney, requiring flexibility to work across time zones with global teams in the US and UK.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning:
- Develop a deep understanding of retailer and market nuances to inform overall account strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing to create a seamless omni-channel experience.
- Leverage data analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales plans.
- Retail Account Management:
- Serve as primary point of contact for key retailer partners, building strong relationships across buying, marketing, and operations teams.
- Negotiate contracts, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment on joint business objectives.
- Manage purchase orders, data reporting, pricing updates, and product set-up on retailer portals.
- Marketing & Regional Support:
- Partner with marketing to ensure strong visual presence in stores and online.
- Maximize brand and retailer exposure across various touchpoints.
- 4+ years in Account Management or Category Management (brand or vendor side).
- Experience working directly with major Australian retailers is essential.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
