Exsead Group Pty Ltd is a dynamic and growing organisation representing leading IT products, SaaS solutions and solutions in the Australian market. We specialise in delivering tailored IT and digital transformation solutions to businesses across various sectors.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Solutions Sales Executive with 6 to 10 years of B2B sales experience to drive business growth, build strategic client relationships, and lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology Sales and IT Solutions sales and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, solutions-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, outbound prospecting, and marketing leads.
- Conduct high-level client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations (especially SaaS products / Services on product suites), Solutioning.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Manage and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams including pre-sales, implementation, and Directors.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular reporting to management.
- Represent Exsead Group at industry events and conferences as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7 to 10 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, IT solutions, or digital services.
- Strong understanding of CRM, ITSM, or CX platforms (ITSM and CRM tools experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and close a sales pipeline.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients in Australia.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
