About the Role
SEE Group is a leading civil construction, mining, and infrastructure company with over 35 years of experience in delivering excellence. We're seeking a skilled Diesel Fitter to join our Workshop and Field Service team.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair, servicing, and maintenance of earthmoving plant, equipment, and light vehicles.
- Implement and adhere to asset maintenance scheduling.
- Travel between project sites and perform work in a field environment.
- Carry out lockout and tag-out systems in accordance with legislative requirements and company policy.
- Provide technical expertise to project teams and provide basic service training to plant operators where required.
Requirements
- Trade Qualification – Heavy Plant.
- Proven experience in servicing and repairing Heavy Plant, Mechanical and Electrical processes.
- Clear understanding of excellence in customer service.
- Proven management skills, practices, and planning ability.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities.
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Computer literacy, particularly experience working with Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly effective planning, organising, and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate, and influence others.
