About the Role

This Communications Officer position is accountable for developing communication strategies and briefs for agencies. You will also assist with procurement, including invoicing and financial management as part of campaign development.

  • Developing communication strategies and briefs for agencies (creative, research, public relations, media buying).
  • Assisting with procurement, including invoicing, financial and contract management as part of campaign development.
  • Team administration/management including team mailbox.
  • Providing strategy support to the Campaign Lead.
  • Understanding evaluation methodologies and an ability to analyze and translate research results for a range of purposes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of digital marketing tactics, and experience working in customer relations.

We value critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise good judgment and solve problems quickly and effectively. Experience in managing and implementing Government advertising campaigns is highly desirable.
