Food Safety and Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food safety and quality across our production operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, including SQF, HACCP, WSEP, and Export requirements.
- Conducting regular GMP audits and pre-operational inspections to ensure adherence to established protocols.
- Developing and updating product specifications, labels, and artwork in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinating sample collection and testing processes to ensure accurate results.
- Leading new product development activities from concept to launch, with a focus on delivering innovative products that meet customer needs.
- Qualification in Food Science and Technology or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in food safety and quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the dairy industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
- Holding certifications in HACCP and Internal Food Safety Auditor.
