Job Title: Site Team Lead

This is a challenging role that requires effective management of multiple projects across residential and commercial insurance reinstatement. As a Site Team Lead, you will oversee the delivery of jobs, ensuring quality outcomes for clients.

About the Job

You will be responsible for managing a team of skilled professionals, engaging with tradespeople to monitor progress, forecasting revenue based on project completion dates, preparing schedules, and conducting quality assurance checks. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with WHS standards and maintain strong communication channels with clients and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality results.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise a team of skilled professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their goals.
  • Client Liaison: Maintain open communication with clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Budgeting: Manage project budgets, forecasting revenue and expenses to ensure profitable outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure work meets the required standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • WHS Compliance: Ensure all team members comply with relevant WHS regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Construction Supervision: Proven experience in construction supervision, including managing teams and overseeing projects.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively.
  • Certificate IV in Building and Construction: A Certificate IV in Building and Construction or trade background is highly desirable.
  • Australian Standards: Thorough understanding of Australian building codes and standards.
