Customer Service Reviewer

As a Customer Service Reviewer, you will visit retail outlets and gather information about store presentation, service, selling skills, cleanliness, etc. This role involves posing as a customer, making detailed observations, and completing a survey online.

The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, good memory, reliability, strong communication skills, and internet access. Your flexibility and willingness to travel can impact the number of assignments offered.

Surveys may take 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete. You will provide valuable feedback to our clients in this dynamic and rewarding role.
