Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Become BRA-FIT certified to provide expert fitting guidance
  • Represent the brand's vision, helping all women feel confident and comfortable for life
  • Manage key operational functions, including loss prevention, stock processing, and exceeding KPIs
  • Implement visual merchandising standards within the MYER PAD
  • Analyze sales data, reporting, and rosters to optimize store performance
  • Partner with the Regional Manager to drive initiatives at a store, regional, and company level
