About This Role
  • As a Registered Nurse at George Mockler House in Mona Vale, you will provide high-quality nursing clinical care with an individual, person-centred approach to all residents within our residential aged care home.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures.
  • Act as a Team Leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team.
  • Work safely to protect yourself, your colleagues, and residents by following all policies and procedures.
The Ideal Candidate
  • A compassionate heart and genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly.
  • Current AHPRA registration after completing a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
  • Strong understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the ageing process, particularly age-related health issues.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
