We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our care team at Mona Vale. As a valued member of our healthcare community, you will provide high-quality clinical care to residents in our residential aged care home.

About the Role
  • Delivering direct clinical nursing care to residents in accordance with best practice nursing procedures
  • Serving as Team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team
  • Working in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents closely following all policies and procedures

To be successful in this role you'll need:

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
  • Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification
  • A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
