About the Role
  • Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures.
  • Act as a leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team.
  • Work in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues, and residents by closely following all policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
  • Current registration with AHPRA following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
  • A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues.
  • Strong coaching/training skills.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
