Job Description
- Develop and execute a cohesive visual merchandising strategy that aligns with the brand's vision and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, buying, and store operations teams to create compelling displays that drive customer engagement and sales.
- Train and guide regional visual merchandising teams to ensure consistent implementation of visual standards across all locations.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate visual merchandising execution and provide feedback and support.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform visual strategies and optimize product placement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure our visual merchandising remains innovative and relevant.
What You'll Need
- Previous experience as a national Visual Merchandiser, designing briefs and rolling out to store networks based on commercial needs.
- Proven track record of successfully leading visual merchandising initiatives at a national or multi-store level.
- Strong creative vision with an eye for detail and a passion for fashion.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Proficient in visual merchandising software and tools including Adobe Suite; experience with CAD and 3D design software is a plus.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package of $115,000 - $125,000 per annum, inclusive of superannuation and tools of trade.
