About the Role
  • Provide eye care and styling advice to patients, helping them stay on trend with prescription glasses every six months.
  • Dispense lenses and frames according to prescriptions provided by our Optometrists.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service and have a reason to visit us again.
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures.

Key Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in optical or 2+ years retail sales experience.
  • Previous responsibility for store opening/closing duties.
  • Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills.
  • Confident, clear, and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to build trusting and respectful relationships.
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and friendly manner.
