Community Home Care Professional

As a Community Home Care Professional, you will be part of a leading provider of in-home care services, supporting people to live independently, safely, and with dignity.

About the Role:

This role offers flexibility and variety, with services that may be scheduled between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday. You will travel between clients' homes to deliver personalised care and support, providing domestic assistance, social support, and mobility assistance as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide domestic assistance, including light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Offer social support and transport, such as accompanying clients to appointments, shopping, or social activities
  • Assist with mobility and use of aids, including walking frames and wheelchairs
  • Monitor and report on clients' health, wellbeing, and safety
What You'll Need:
  • Australian Federal Police Clearance
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Valid Working Rights in Australia
  • Reliable, registered, and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Smartphone with internet access
