About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our Sales and Marketing Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and building robust sales pipelines, shaping the Sales strategy, and driving growth opportunities across our hotels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to secure market share
  • Pursue and win new business opportunities
  • Maintain current knowledge of competitor offerings and minimize impact on our competitive strategies
  • Sell the hotels as a total concept, ensuring maximum business in all areas
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client sales enquiries
  • Collaborate closely with the Area Director of Sales and Sales team to achieve set KPIs and objectives
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience, meeting and exceeding targets
  • Previous experience as a sales coordinator/executive
  • Success with driving the sales process from commencement to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
