At CBRE, we are seeking a highly skilled Shift Technician to join our Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) team in Sydney & Melbourne.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a global business that is committed to growth and development.

This role involves carrying out routine planned preventative maintenance tasks, monitoring Building Management Systems (BMS), and attending to air conditioning-related issues on-site. You will also be responsible for building walk-rounds, taking meter readings from UPS, PDU's and utilities, investigating faults, identifying causes, and implementing remedies.

We are looking for someone with a current and valid Mechanical (Air Conditioning & Refrigeration/HVAC/ARTIC) license or Electrical license Grade A/Certificate III Electrical. Relevant OH&S cards and experience of CMMS and BMS systems are also essential.

In return, you can expect a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, autonomy in your work, multi-dimensional growth opportunities, and the chance to work with talented high performers in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
